New Training: UX for Software Engineers

I added a new training offer: UX for Software Engineers.
The workshop is designed for developers and technical product teams who want to better understand how UX affects everyday engineering work — from interpreting requirements and reducing rework to improving communication with product, design, and business stakeholders.
It covers practical UX fundamentals, usability heuristics, accessibility basics, AI-supported research and validation, UX requirements documentation, and communication processes that help teams make clearer decisions before implementation begins.
The goal is not to turn software engineers into designers. The goal is to help them ask better questions earlier, understand user context more clearly, and build more usable products with fewer avoidable iterations.
